The B.O.S.S. Group – LaShay Canady and Golden Hands Massage Therapy – Todd Richter (Functional Nutrition ~ Reflexology ~ Massage ~ more) are looking for a tenant for a furnished treatment room in South Aurora!

Location: 15200 E. Girard Ave, Ste #2600, Aurora, CO 80014 (Room C) – near Hampden and Chambers

 DETAILS:

1. Monday hours available: 9 am – 2 pm
2. Tuesday hours available: 6 pm – 10 pm
3. Wednesday hours available: 2 pm – 10 pm
4. Thursday hours available: must work with the other two practitioners
5. Friday hours available: must work with the other two practitioners
6. Saturday hours available: 3 pm – 7 pm
7. Sunday hours available:  9 am – 10 pm
8. Available immediately

TERMS:

• Space available, shared with two other Practitioners
• Practitioner is billed monthly in advance
• Space is billed at $150/month for 15 hours of credit, then $5/hr for every 30 minutes using the room, capping at $250/month
• Practitioner is renting the space with no guarantee of work
• Must have a City of Aurora license or be willing to apply
• Must be able to provide a current professional license (if applicable) and liability insurance
• 90-day trial (make sure good fit) with a 6-month commitment to follow
