You might remember our post of two weeks ago about snacks for kids. And while we don’t agree with all food presented in the article, we do agree with making efforts to help our kids THINK healthy food.
In her article, Paula Widish, writer for Selene River Press points to new guidelines that the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has established. These guidelines now point to encouraging children to make good choices by eating healthy food, rather than to specific weights.
