It may sound counter intuitive but you may be OVERHYDRATED…
WARNING: When you are cold, especially in the hands in feet, your urine is clear, the urge to urinate is strong, or you are peeing frequently, YOU NEED TO EAT MORE AND DRINK LESS. When you are hot, especially in the hands and feet, your urine is dark or you haven’t peed in a really long time, YOU NEED TO EAT LESS AND DRINK MORE. When we drink so much water for the sake of drinking ‘plenty of water’ we throw off our metabolism, the proper balance of salt and potassium, overwork our thyroid and adrenals, and feel ‘water logged.’
Give it try! Cut down on your water intake for a week and see if you feel better.
